The Museum für Naturkunde and Arena Verlag cordially invite you to the exclusive book premiere of "Evolution - From the Origin of Life to the Present Day", written by scientists Sarah Darwin and Eva-Maria Sadowski.

This is what the book is about:

What is evolution? How does it work? And why is it so amazing? Scientists Sarah Darwin and Eva-Maria Sadowski provide the answers to these questions and much more in this beautifully designed non-fiction book (for children aged 10 and over). Starting with natural selection, a theory first put forward by Sarah's great-great-grandfather Charles Darwin and his colleague Alfred Russel Wallace, through to the emergence of the first bacteria and the development of modern man, you'll find all the information you could wish for on the subject of evolution.

The authors:

Sarah Darwin studied art and natural sciences. Her speciality is botany. Her great-great-grandfather is Charles Darwin. The relationship between man and nature is particularly close to her heart. She lives and researches in Berlin.

Eva-Maria Sadowski is a palaeobotanist, i.e. she researches plants that lived a very long time ago. She is mainly interested in plant remains that are encased in amber. She lives and researches in Berlin.
