Drawing approaches to nature

Verena Hillgärtner (art and wilderness educator, founder of "Wieder Wilder Werden").

Nature Journaling means learning to see in a new way. With pen and paper we practice again to observe more closely and let our curiosity run free. We ask the "questions behind the questions", immerse ourselves in our surroundings with all our senses and go on an exciting journey of discovery together. We document these in our "nature journals" in a very individual way, creating a valuable collection of our bonding nature experiences.

It's not about painting beautiful pictures, but rather about the joy of creative expression, enjoying existence and forging new relationships with nature in all its facets.
