Naturkundemuseum Berlin supports Global Climate Strike

No climate without nature and vice versa: For the next Global Climate Strike on 29 November, the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin will once again open its doors free of charge to all visitors from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m.. The action day programme was developed in cooperation with Fridays For Future.

Activists inform about their demands at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. The Artists for Future also present art projects. No registration required.

Programme items:

  • 9:40 a.m., Experimental field: Workshop with discussion and exchange on the topic of climate change: "How to destroy a planet. What happens during historical mass extinction and what we can learn from it". Dr. Richard Hofmann, Scientist at the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin
  • 11:00 a.m., main portal: feeder for all those interested from the museum to the rally at the Brandenburg Gate, together with the activists of the "Fridays For Future" movement.
  • 04:00 p.m., Experimental field: Museum Salon - two researchers discuss questions from the audience on the ecological crisis
  • 05:00 p.m., experimental field: "The strike from the beginning": photo show with Luisa Neubauer and other activists from Fridays For Future
